Jeff was super to work with. He worked with our landscaping contractor to determine best spot for our Hot Tub. Terri in the office took her time to show us different Hot Tubs that we could select from. Jeff's field guys were great to work with. They helped us work through the learning curve since this was our first hot tub. Jeff and his staff are wonderful to work with!

On 5/20/26 a pickup truck wrapped with company advertising aggressively cut me off in traffic. I then observed the truck driving recklessly and swerving in front of other drivers as well. Maybe don’t drive like an idiot with the company truck.

I had a Pentair warranty claim for a faulty pool heater that was assigned to Recreational Concepts. I was told I should be contacted within 72 hours. After a week, I called and had to leave a message to ask for an update, no response. After two weeks I sent an email asking for an update, no response. After three weeks I drove to the physical office to ask for an update and was told that if I left a message they will get back to me, with little to no customer service. Now after 4 weeks of waiting for a response from Recreational Concepts, Pentair was willing to pull this work order from th…

We purchased a condo that had a hot tub that was purchased from Recreational Concepts. We had never owned one and needed to know how to maintain it. Teri was so helpful. We purchased the maintenance products and returned a couple times since then. Have always been treated well and had our questions answered.
