BEWARE: AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! We purchased our pool 5 years ago from Method Pools. They took 22 weeks to complete our pool (They told us 6-8 weeks). Our plaster began to fail after 6 months. I emailed photos to the owner. The owner NEVER CAME TO SEE MY POOL. He sent his Hispanic plaster sub contractor to my home. His sub contractor told me the plaster was failing due to "bad water". How convenient! I've maintained chemicals in pools for over 20 years in two prior homes. I know exactly how to treat pool water. All around bad service! I should’ve read the reviews, they completely stopped servicing our pool (without our knowledge) over a misunderstanding. I called and left messages and after the second message, Misty called back to tell me she had emailed me....WITH AN ATTITUDE! The communication between the company with me (the customer) was horrible. We asked to get our pool inspected as they had just been hired to do our pool services, she stated they couldn’t do it my husband asked why, seeing this is a service they offer and she stated they just didn’t have the time. We HIGHLY recommend Method Pools. They have serviced/repaired our pool for FOUR YEARS. I can't say enough wonderful things about Grant and Misty!! We have exceptionally high expectations, and they always go above and beyond to take care of us! I would give them 10 stars for customer service, timeliness, communication and more! I would skip over any negative reviews, because we've never had those experiences with this amazing company. Below is a recent photo of our pool. We had MANY MANY OPTIONS in Waxahachie and continue to choose Method!!

We have been using Method Pool service for almost a year now. EXCELLENT service. Robin is our pool technician and is awesome at his job! He is always there no matter rain/shine/cold, always approximately the same day/time each week as agreed upon. Robin knows our pump system and we have never had issues with the chemical balances since he has been servicing our pool. We also have 2 fur babies and if they are out and about in the backyard, he handles them as well without issue. Robin also is very timely on the service, gets the job done and gets out. Matt Davis with Method did an outstanding job with our pool. From the beginning he was professional and helpful. His communication was excellent throughout the entire construction process. I would recommend Matt and his building team any day of the week. Our family is loving our new pool. Thank you Method.

One of the worst experiences every. From dealing with the COVID issues, couldn’t get proper equipment, bad plaster job, pool was filled 3 times emptied 2 times, had to be replastered after only 3 months. The rock slide/grotto had to be taken apart 9 times because of leaks. You can’t get ahold of Dylan, we haven’t seen or talked to him since August. When you call the office you are forced to talk with Misty and she’s very rude, she yells and hangs up on you so you are forced to email and wait for a response. I would run from this company. I have watched many pools being built in my neighborhood…
