If you just want a rating, Midwest Pool Renovation is a 5 star company, and they is coming from a person who usually doesn’t do ratings. If you want to know why we rated them so high, read on: Our pool was a Gunite pool built in the late 80’s. Since we moved in in 2004, we have had to re-plaster twice. We should have done it again last year, but we pushed it for one more season as we just could not bring ourselves to spending all that money on plaster and know that it wouldn’t last. We got all kinds of advice from go ahead and just fix it to filling it and making it into a pickleball court…

Joe and the entire Mid- America team were incredible, professional and stayed on time and in budget. They installed our new community pool and everyone is thrilled. Use them for sure!!

Joe - your team was so efficient and professional THANK YOU ... this was a LARGE resurfacing project for our HOA pool !! Ignore the fall color leaves that blew in!

These guys are absolutely amazing. We had our pool resurfaced, it was -3 outside, wild winds, and snowing like crazy. They never stopped working, never complained about the cold, and were very helpful explaining the process and after care to me. I have never encountered such professionalism, and courtesy as I did with these guys. This job was absolutely perfect and completed before the allotted time frame we were estimating. 100% satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!!

We had them replace our concrete pool with interglass and it turned out amazing. The company was great. They were very reliable. The work was done in a timely manner. The crew showed up when they said they were going to. I had great communication with the project manager, even answering my questions after hours. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend for pool renovation.

Not a fan at all of this place. everything was like pulling teeth. From cradle to grave I was never happy. their guys are slow. the process was arduous and unrelenting. I would ask questions and they would just pass me off. my concerns weren't heard. in the end had to go with another company all together. Shame.
