Dave has been maintaining our pool for 4 years. When we moved to our new home with a pool we didn't know anything about pools or caring for pools. Since hiring Nelson Pool and Spa, our pool has always been beautifully clean and sparkly. He is extremely reliable. Dave has been able to quickly fix any issues that we have had with the pool equipment and find quality replacement parts for us without breaking the bank. Dave knows a lot about pools and takes care of ours like it's his own. I highly recommend Nelson Pool and Spa

We found Dave after our pool system busted a washer and started spraying water all over our backyard. We called our home warranty company for assistance but they were not able to locate an available technician, and our regular pool cleaning service company said they could not come out for several days. We frantically looked for someone who could help us that day and Dave came to the rescue! His technician was out to help us in less than 24 hours. We have owned swimming pools in three different homes since 1985 and have had many pool services during these years. But none as inferior as Nelson. They are overpriced and charge an extra fee for almost everything. We had been paying about $180 per month average and as soon as we hired Nelson our monthly bill averaged $350-$400. This was bad enough, but they also skip entire weeks of service. Imagine our surprise when we discovered our entire pool turned green. Big fan of Nelson Pool and Spa Service! Last week our pool jets stopped working. My pump I think? I know nothing about these type of things haha. Anyways, I called Nelson Pool and Spa (recommended by my neighbors) and they fixed everything and did a solid cleaning! They were also extremely friendly and beyond helpful! Thank you for your amazing work! My pool was green a week ago after some recent storms. Dave Nelson came out and worked his magic! We tried everything and nothing worked. Calling Nelson Pool and Spa was the solution. Thanks again guys.

Worst business, does not respond to calls and does not respond 3rd party vendors request for service. I needed my pool equipment taken care of and could not get anyone to return my calls.

The son is a good person. The father is just looking for money and profit. First obstacle, they stopped. Had me pay half right away and a postpone check for the balance. Should have been a clue. Never will use them again
