We built our house during the middle of Covid and as you probably know, trying to get anything done was a challenge. That said, working with Rob was a breath of fresh air. He was there for us every step of the way and was accountable for any issues created by his subs and took care of it for us. He truly gave us the impression that he wanted us to be happy and satisfied with his work. We are pleased with the end result. I highly recommend him as a business man who takes pride in his work and will stand behind it.

We hired Rob and Optima to build our pool about 4 years ago. The timeline is worth noting because we've had NO PROBLEMS since he finished construction on the pool. Our pool and pool equipment have held up just fine through a freeze and drought conditions. Rob helped with the design of the pool and provided multiple design options for us to consider, always keeping an eye on our budget. We had regular communication throughout the pool construction process and Rob was always available and accountable. We would not hesitate to use Rob and Optima again if we were to build another pool. Five stars!

We are very happy with the work that Rob Reavey and his subcontractors provided in helping to design and build a pool and outdoor kitchen area at my home. The pool location had some challenging conditions and Rob was instrumental in negotiating through and around those obstacles. My wife and I are very happy with the product we received and would definitely use Optima pools again as well as recommend them to anyone who wants to add a pool or outdoor living space to their home or business.

Project was well defined and understood. Questions were answered quickly. issues were resolved with dispatch. sub contractors oversight was effective. Entire process was accomplished in a timely manner.

Rob Reavey at Optima pools is an expert in designs of pools, patios and outdoor areas. We loved the ideas he provided for our project. He tells you what his teams are going to do and finishes work on time and within budget. He is responsive and consistently communicates requested information in a timely manner. Our paver landscaping with decorative rocks is exactly what we wanted.

When we first talked to Rob about a wild pool idea we wondered how anyone could do what we built in our heads. With in a few days Rob had drawings for us that were exactly what we imagined, like he printed them from our mind. Once we started the project his entire team was friendly, respectful, and cleaned up (as best as possible pools are a messy project) every day, even re built the fence everyday so our dogs could go outside. The end result is amazing and we use the pool and patio every day!

We began our pool last December. We were leaving for an extended travel and left the entire process in the capable hands of Rob and his staff. Rob assisted and kept us abreast of every step as they unfolded. Our home sits atop a very rocky ridge in Georgetown and required quite a bit of excavation and debris removal. The pool design as well as the patio layout were all from the mind of Rob and his extensive years of experience. We could not be any more happy with the final product. We would gladly recommend Optima Pools to all our friends and anyone else interested in a great finished product.
