I cannot say enough good things about this company! We were in a last-minute, stressful situation with our pool and needed an acid wash done immediately, and they truly came through for us! They were able to fit us in the same day, showed up promptly, and handled everything with professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. It’s probably not very often that a company gets a five star review from someone who hasn’t actually purchased their services, but I felt like Palmetto Pools deserved some recognition. They built my neighbor’s pool and before work began I was really concerned the construction of the pool would overflow into my yard. Palmetto Pools were incredibly professional and respectful of me and my yard as they transformed my neighbor’s backyard into a paradise. If I’m ever in a position to build a pool, Palmetto Pools is definitely the builder I’ll choose.

We decided to use Palmetto Pools for our gunite pool in fall ‘23. Digging started April 30 and by mid-August we were swimming in our beautiful 20x35 backyard oasis. Brian is an exemplary contractor. He was always quick to respond with questions and was very present at every step of the construction process. We had the extreme pleasure of working with Palmetto Pools to design and install our in ground pool. Brian was incredibly responsive and kept his promises when I had a specific date I needed the pool finished by. The quality is amazing and the teams he subcontracted with were responsible and cleaned up after their work. Our install was fast and seamless and that was even with an indecisive home owner who struggled making decisions.

Brian and Yali are the best!!! They were actively involved in every small and large aspect of our pool project. They are top notch business owners and we felt like family through the whole process. They were extremely detail oriented and spent the time helping us visualize the final product and make the best decisions possible.
