I love the staff and the techs at paradise pool. They are very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you Beth Ann for being welcoming and Brad for your technical expertise! You bring life to my pool time and time again and my grandchildren love being in the pool. Tod you have a great team!!

They have moved close to the farmers co-op in Northport. I have been using this store for years some of the same guys for years and because they are the friendliest people you will meet who work there. They know their pool stuff and will help you anyway they can . Prices are also good on pool supplies. I highly recommend if you need anything for a pool these are the people to visit for your problem.

In the past I have struggled to get my pool clear... Well, until this year when we tried Paradise Pool. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We now have a great handle on our pool. So thank you Paradise Pool and Spa!!!

I did not have a good experience, I was out of town when the contractor allegedly was at my home adding chemicals, I was not told about additional measures being taken on my pool and was charged thousands to my card they kept on file before they consulted me on these things . I was originally quoted $800 and then later charged 1800 without a single phone call or update from them . I was brushed off when I called with confusion.

Just moved to this new location so they don't have many accessories for in the pool but was told they would be getting them soon, very knowledgeable and she answered all my questions. They were however the only company in Northport and the surrounding areas that had what I needed so 👍

First visit, they were so nice and helpful. Met with enjoyable laughter, will visit them again for my pool needs.
