They did exactly what they said they would do, showed up when promised, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had our pool installed last year and Jason and his team did an absolutely amazing job!! From start to finish the process was smooth, organized, and handled with so much care and professionalism. Jason was always responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in the work they do. The finished pool turned out even better than we imagined and it has truly transformed our backyard! Update May 2026: Unfortunately, I do have to update my review on Perfection Pools & Patios. Approximately a year and a half after install, the paver base my sand filter has been on has been sinking during the wet seasons, I assume the underground plumbing may have cracked as the filter is unlevel. Jason offered repair companies and a productive conversation but they do not handle repairs at this time. Perfection Pools and Patios did an exceptional job with our 21' round above ground pool! They did a fantastic job! They were always in communication with me during the whole process. We are so happy with our pool! They also help with the finances and getting everything completed. Best decision ever.
