We signed our contract with Brady (Premier Pools) in December, 2021. The first 2 months went smoothly – as soon as we signed the contract the excavation began, right after the plumbing and rebar were completed, then pouring the concrete, and then tiling and coping. By February we were ready to get electrical and plaster completed, which is where the entire project went slow. Y'all I wrote a review a while back, but I cannot edit because I had to get a new google account due to my old one getting hacked. First off, I love my pool and that has never changed. However, it started leaking 3 weeks after it was finished and I kept in contact with Premier Pools but it never got fixed. It's now leaking on all sides and the spa is pulling from the house, the pool is pulling from the spa and both skimmers are leaking. My home's foundation is even being effected. It's a hot mess. My wife and I decided to build a pool after 4 years in Texas and called several pool companies. We met with Pinnacle Pools salesperson Dre. He walked us thru the process and designs that fit our wants and needs. I asked him to hold our hands through this process (bad reputations with pool companies in the public eyes)which he did. I am not a pinnacle customer but I haven't received the support needed from the company that replaced my single speed pump with a multi speed pump from a programming perspective. I spotted a pinnacle truck at my neighbors house and spoke to "Fred" that was repairing a filter system. I explained my problem to Fred and asked for some advice. He replied he would be glad to help me once he completed the repair. True to his word, a few minutes later he came over and in a few minutes he had answered all my questions. You'll be blessed if Dre ends up being your sales rep. He is a genuine guy who is passionate about what he does and executes precision in every detail of his work. He'll give great insight and feedback on your ideas to make your project even better than you imagined. He was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job in my backyard.

Fred the project manager was working on my neighbors yard and accidentally popped off a corner of the fence. I walked over and in minutes in the rain he had it patched up for me. Very professional and kind guy. Will be going through him when I am ready for my pool
