We have been in the market for a couple of years now with the intention of moving forward when we found a company that we felt comfortable with. This year we had a couple companies come out and the pricing was insane or we felt pressured to sign that night or the pricing would be thousands more then next day....Total BS pressure sales and I hate that, 100% hard no from me all the time. I can't believe what a smooth and amazing experience my deck and privacy wall project turned out to be. There was such attention to detail and great workmanship. Without question, Platinum gets a 5 star rating for our new deck! The process from start to finish was efficient, easy and professional. Jeff gave great consultation from the beginning and we appreciated his responsiveness and friendly approach. Danny and his crew did a great job and worked fast! Thanks to Platinum Decking for a job well done. Though we had a few hiccups, communication overall was great. From a graphic phototype rendered by Jeff, the installation set-up and communication by Jeremy, the tear down, hawl away of our old wood deck and install of new Timbertech pvc decking led by Jason and his crew. Last but not least, is Matt who replied over minor concerns we had, who then sent out COLBY to make some adjustments in a timely and accurate fashion. Everyone was friendly, trustworthy and respectful. We LOVE our new deck!

My deck was starting to buckle from heat and not enough nails after a year. Colby came out on a Sunday and added more nails and checked the whole deck. Colby was very professional and he even liked my dog. Thanks for the great service I love my deck.
