I just had a new pool liner installed by Pool Builders of Maine and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. Travis and Tim were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company. The office girl was extremely helpful and pleasure to deal with.
Great overall experience. Responsive to calls and emails. Pictures of before, during and after. They were able to add some drainage for roof run off. Half in ground and the back half has an infinity pool feel. Sub contractors for concrete and fencing were terrific! Would recommend Pool Builders of Maine.
Quite possibly the best and most knowledgeable pool company in the area. Easy to work with. Great prices. Never have I ever had such great customer service. They are as invested in the health of my pool as I am. Katie there has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to help find the most cost effective solutions to any problem Scott the owner always makes sure to have the right product available and at a far better price then his competitors. I highly recommend Pool Builders of Maine as your one stop pool shop!
Katie has always been so kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I are fairly new pool owners she has taught us so much. She's always happy to see us and explain what we need. If you have questions, she's your girl!!
If you work with Katie your all set, I call her my little tulip, she never lets me down, she actually believes a person that has had a pool for years knows what they need! Love her personality, we hit it off the first day! I don’t believe she’ll ever treat you wrong! Just call her your little tulip!!!
