A BIG shout out to Pete Ordaz and the Pool Concepts crews. They renovated our entire pool area: tile, flagstone, deck and an extended walk way to our driveway. The crews that worked the project were fantastic. They showed up on time, kept us informed on the progress, cleaned up every work day and hauled away the material after the job was complete. Pete actually designed our pool thirty years ago. Pete thank you and the crews you used for our job. We highly recommend Pool Concepts.

Our experience with Pool Concepts was exceptional. Ryan and his team worked closely with us on the design for over a year. Overall, I was very disappointed in working with Pool Concepts. Their design work was impressive; however, communication and project execution were extremely poor and lacking. I would rate their quality as below average at best. Pool Concepts just went through too many project managers and stone crews for a successful job. They all blamed their predecessors for the poor quality and problems. I highly recommend using Pool Concepts. Our dream pool was built by Pool Concepts in 2018 and we have enjoyed every minute of having a pool. The after service has been excellent and I am so happy we chose this company. There are many companies out there to build pools but quality is very important and will the company be there for you in the future are questions that you need to ask when choosing a builder. Pool Concepts really did a great job on our pool. The design was exactly what we wanted and came in at our budget. They really took the time with us to make sure it was customized to our liking. Jason and his team of professionals made sure my family will have a great pool for years to come.

Pool concepts never completed pool after I have pad in full , left cracks,so many broken pieces all over pool swore would be fixed never showed up again ,sloppy work pool color was patched up left undone work pool is falling apart haven’t even been 2 years sence that was poured never even got cleared with city to close permits never answer calls ! Never came to do finish up work cause I wiould not sign contract they made saying they not responsible if patched up work causes problems !No one in charge that makes a difference do not recommend beware !!!!im on beginning of civil case!
