Great family run place. I needed some work done, which involved having to replace my pool skimmer. A long crack had appeared and gotten wider, I ran to the hardware store and grabbed some rubber tape for a temporary patch. I hate having to go to ad's to find a contractor. I went down to Pinch a Penny pool supplies and asked if they knew of any contractors. They did. I called Lowell and they sent out a person to assess repairs. Emailed me my estimate which I signed. We needed a second opinion on a pool light repair. We were concerned the problem was not correctly diagnosed and the estimate was super expensive. Neighbors recommended Pools by Lowell. Very impressed! They responded quickly, correctly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it same day. The repair cost was very affordable. They know pools! Highly recommend Pools by Lowell.
