DO NOT RECOMMEND We hired Precision Pools in December 2025 to build a pool and sunken outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately, the project has been one of the most frustrating experiences we've had as homeowners. The most concerning issue involves the construction of the below-grade sunken kitchen. Multiple independent pool professionals who reviewed the project expressed concerns that proper drainage measures were not installed behind the retaining walls. They built my pool 1 year ago. Scott did an awesome job at sales. Detail work not the best but for the price it does a good job. The people they did the coping around the pool did a good job however they cannot fix the leak in the water fall. They have been out 2 times and now still having issue. Warranty department was good in beginning but having issues with them returning text and emails back. Pool is about 91 ft with no hot tub
