We've been using Preferred Pools for almost a year, and they've been wonderful. They replastered our pool, and the results were beautiful. We've also used their weekly pool service ever since, and they've been consistently reliable, professional, and easy to work with. They always take the time to answer our questions, explain anything we're unsure about, and make sure we're happy. Their communication and customer service have been excellent, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend Preferred Pools for both pool renovations and weekly maintenance!

Preferred Pools of Houston provided us with a pool refurbishment we are proud of. The service they provided was top notch. We purchased a house with a small 15 year-old pool in need of replastering. The pool deck was also scant and underwhelming. David Russell, owner of Preferred Pools, led us through the process of replastering and resurfacing the pool with a mini pebble surface. I would like to thank all the staff at Preferred Poos . Our pool installation was so quick and easy. I feel the most important part of the installation was done on a precise schedule. We absolutely love our pool! Preferred Pools has the building process down to a science. They were fast, professional, and precise. Our pool cover technician was just out doing routine maintenance on our cover and mentioned how flawless our glass tile is. He sees a lot of pools and mentioned our tile work is some of the best he has seen. Not only was the building process a breeze, but the maintenance crew has also been awesome. Jim Drury and his team created a backyard paradise for us! They quite literally rescued us as we had started the process with a different builder who delayed for months then sneakily increased the price by $30k well after our contract was signed. Thank God we found Jim. He took over, came up with a perfect design, and worked within our budget. Our pool is waterfront, but Preferred was very experienced with this. Our pool is amazing! We met with several companies and Preferred Pools won us over with their customer service and design. From start to finish, working with Jim and Wayne was great! They always answered all of our questions, at any time of the day! We keep inviting people over to see the pool and each and every time they are amazed at how awesome it is!
