Premier Pools and Spas did an outstanding job executing the planning and construction of our pool. We initially searched the local area and got 4 separate quotes from different companies. We ended utilizing Premier based on the outstanding customer service/support provided by Tommy Bowers (our sales rep). He also did a great job designing our vision of the pool in pool studio (3D pool modeling software). Communications were really good through the project. Premier pools and spas did an excellent job transforming out backyard. Tommy was listening to our design wishes and was able to bring our vision to the plan. Caleb the superintendent was very involved during the whole process and responded to issues immediately. Which several utility lines on two sides of the pool, this was a challenging project and we are glad that we chose Premier Pool and Spas in west Knox. Great communication, great attention to details, very responsive, and a high quality end product.

Working with Billy (Premier) has been a great experience. The moment I first contacted Billy, he was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He was quick to give me a quote (which I thought was very fair) and very quick to get started once the contract was signed. I was given a timeline of events and was kept informed during the entire process. The folks who worked on our pool did a fantastic job and have exceeded our expectations. The crew did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. The finished product looks absolutely amazing...!!! Overall, we are extremely satisfied…

Was delighted to finally find a Knoxville pool company that could build my cocktail pool . I had several come quote, never to even return my calls or quotes. Nate and his crew sold me on my first office meeting. From the AI generated photos to the break down of stages to complete this pool ! This will have been my third pool build in my lifetime There was never a lapse from start to finish approximately two and half months till completion. Such an incredible experience with Nate, Rachel, and the entire team. We were nervous going into such a large investment and met with multiple companies we didn’t feel confident about, but these guys made the process easy from day one. From the first appointment to the completed project, they walked side by side with us throughout the entire build and made it a truly satisfying customer experience. Genuine, good people who deliver high-quality work. Hard to find teams like this anymore. Highly recommend 10/10.

Recently completed unique pool design. Tommy at Premier Pool and Spas was outstanding with design elements and picking out building materials. Entire process went smoothly despite lots of weather issues during construction. Our project manager, Adam, was on top of everything and quickly responsive to questions or concerns. Joy at the office was always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Premier Pool and Spas to anyone interested in custom pool design and construction!
