This is our 2nd Presidential pool and we are extremely happy with the results and the whole process. From the very beginning, Ryan Schwarz, our designer helped us create the look we wanted, while being very patient as we changed our minds on many of the options and finishes. This was our first time building a pool with Presidential. We interviewed several other companies and felt confident and excited to get started after meeting Ryan Schwarz, who made the process feel approachable from the beginning. We chose Presidential to build our pool this year and the entire process has been fantastic from the initial consult all the way thru the end of construction. Our designer/salesman Steven Vollaro was the best and highly recommend you ask for Steven! Once construction started, Norm was our Project Manager and we need more folks like Norm! Him and his assistant Lucy were great at communicating with us and were always very prompt. After a few quotes from different companies I went with presidential pool over the rest because they offered a good deal and nice incentives for the same price as a lot of others, during the process our sales rep mark was really great to work with however once we got to the construction bit of it kind of went down from there. I wasnt informed till before construction that my pool would have to be raised above everything else which I came to terms with. We are so pleased with our pool. We took over a year and a half from our initial design consultation to finally pull the trigger. Nicole was great at designing and adding our changes, helping us choose colors. Her patience with us going radio silent for months at a time as we contemplated the project was amazing.
