We had a great experience with Presidential Pools. Carlo was very helpful and professional as he helped us design our pool. Heather our project manager was always available and walked us through every step as they happened. The crews were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves as much as possible. Nina has been great getting us set up for our service. My husband was in the pool business for many years and he is impressed at how well this all went and how it turned out. Our project was just finished but overall the product and professionalism has been top notch.

Fantastic Experience start to finish! I got quotes from several builders including DIY and Presidential Crushed It. Dave Z did a good job on the design/details and matching our price range. Then project mgr Shane coordinated all the build details and got it done in just 5 weeks! That's right just 5 weeks. Crazy fast. Shane was Great, he got right back to me on all my questions, resolved any minor issues and ensured we understood the whole process. The Final Result was Amazing. Definitely Highly Recommend The Presidential Team.

The entire team at Presidential was great to work with. They were communicative and professional. They hit the time frame we were aiming for. Our salesman Marc was great to work with and very responsive. I would definitely work with him again. Our construction manager was Norm and he also did a great job communicating and kept to our agreed upon schedule. Our neighbors in our community can’t believe how fast this project was finished. I would highly recommend this team to anyone wanting to build a pool.

Put 2 holes in my house ripping out their first attempt at pouring concrete after I identified 87 cracks In it. Voided my home driveway warranty by parking their cement truck on the driveway. They tried to patch every crack which I deemed unacceptable and requested it all be redone. Charged us for a hard dig, bringing in no special equipment. Pool pump system has broken 3 times. Leak in our third year of owning it. Hollowed out a broken jet and “repaired” it and now a jet head won’t fit into it so now they need to come back out and drain my pool once again to fix. Thank you Presidential for building our wonderful pool. The process was so simple from design, to construction, to enjoyment. Each step of the way, my assigned point of contact was incredibly helpful, and most importantly available. David helped during design to keep me in budget and offer suggestions I never even considered. My yard is large but awkwardly shaped and he was able to create such an amazing design, that truly transformed how I spend my time with my family. We debated about adding a pool because we already had existing landscaping and didn't want everything torn up. They were incredibly respectful of our property and the whole process was so stress-free! My salesperson Dave drew up exactly what we wanted and the project manager Shane was on top of every detail. He responded immediately if I had a question and kept me informed through the process. Had our pool installed in 2020. We have had so many problems starting with water features leaking ruining our citrus trees, pool lights not working, heater not working, and too many more to mention. Customer service is the worst, if you eventually do get someone they say it will be a few weeks until we can get technician down to Tucson since apparently there aren't any here. When they do come they charge a service fee, say nothing is wrong, not fix anything so we have to call again and get charged again. We have not been able to use our jacuzzi for almost a year.
