We are so very grateful for Luis, our Priority Pools pool service technician. After the unexpected, late season monsoon rains our pool was trashed. It was full of dirt, rocks, and plant debris. We thought we were in for some expensive clean up job requiring us to possibly drain the pool. But Luis showed up on his regular service day and worked an absolute miracle. He spent extra time to address the damage and left the pool in pristine condition. We were in total shock. Jacob from Priority Pools has been servicing our pool for about a year now, and he’s simply the best! We really appreciate how Priority Pools keeps us in the loop with emailed pictures, detailed overviews of what’s been added to the pool, and reminders for things like quarterly filter cleanings. They’re also super responsive by text, which is a huge plus. The pricing is great (also love that we have auto payments set up!), and Jacob has been the most dependable pool tech we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their service. They are very thorough and communicates well. I've had them cleaning my pool for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Try them. You'll be glad you did.

They have come out once so far and they did a better job in one cleaning then the previous company i hired for a year. They were very informative and I appreciate that very much. Customer service has been great. I will leave another review in a few months. I hope they keep up the great work

Want to say had very good services especially Matthew he did a very thorough job cleaning our pool did GREAT JOB AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN THE OFFICE ALL VERY NICE NEVER HAD ANY WITH ANY ATTITUDES THANK YOU ALL 😊

Good service but good luck having a regular pool tech as part of the family....I've had 5 or 6 different techs in 2 years.....must have a high turnover rate or they are low balling the technicians with pay so they quit.. annoying
