I had an old outdated electrical main breaker box, old inefficient HVAC equipment, gas water heater installed in 1993 and was working on borrowed time, and an old gas clothes dryer that took longer to dry clothes. All was replaced with energy efficient electrical appliances and a new larger electrical panel that is grounded and bonded to code, a safer and more energy efficient home. Also replaced was an old outdated thermostat with a new Ecobee thermostat and was moved to be closer to the HVAC equipment in the hallway. Carlos and Jake were awesome! Installed my water heater and provided me with all the information needed. They took their time and also answered my additional questions as they were wrapping up about another pending service. Very pleasant and polite and cleaned up everything when they were finished. QCS supposedly administers utility/public funded energy savings assistance programs. SoCal Edison directed me to MAROMA Energy Services who turned me over to their subcontractor Quality Conservation Services [QCS]. QCS verbally accepted my application, but after an appointment no-show, I discovered they wanted to collect additional personal documentation, for which they were initially vague. Eventually I obtained from them an explicit list of required documentation, and assembled the collection of sensitive private financial records they wanted. Loved the services I received from first call to home appointment . Took a while to receive approval for my thankless water heater, but soo well worth the wait. Next day appointment for installation.
