We needed a new liner for our inground pool. Because it is an odd shaped design measurements had to be taken. A few weeks later the new liner was installed and it fit perfectly. The entire Rickard team was professional, polite and very helpful. Great people, and great service. Highly recommended.

Paul and his team exceeded expectations. For us, it was all about communication and responsiveness. We looked at other pools that Paul and his team installed, and they were great. But what sold us was Paul's commitment to communicating and being transparent. Our pool is beautiful, tile / travertine work was perfect and concrete pour and finish was well done. And any questions post install have been handled very, very quickly. Big thanks to Paul and his team.

My wife and I are pool novices, never having owned a home with one. Rickard was recommended by everyone we asked, and we were not disappointed! Paul and Cole gave us an estimate (which did not change, by the way) for a project in our backyard, and walked with us through the whole process.
