When Cindy Clark was running the company, I never had any issues. If a problem came up, she handled it immediately. If she said she would call you back, she did. Since then, I've called multiple times and spoken with two different people who honestly sounded like the same person. One told me his name was Jose, and I'm still waiting for a callback. I cancelled my service, but my bank's automatic payments continued for what appears to have been several billing cycles. Stay away from Roadrunner Pool Svc!! If there was a zero star rating I would choose that rating. The integrity & reliability of Roadrunner no longer exists since it changed ownership in Jan. Pool cleaners don't show up & when they do, they do a horrible job of cleaning & maintaining our pool. We have had many problems with their billing after many calls & emails.When the new owners came in they increased their monthly price by $60.

Awful customer service by Helman. They recently went through some kind of change in ownership and are now complete scam artists. Doubled their price and double billed. Blamed their new "Software" for the new accelerated billing date and refused to make it right despite being a customer for many years. Their pool "service" last about 10 minutes tops where they don't scrub the tile (though they claim to) or balance chemicals most of the time. Be careful going with these guys, because as Helman said, you'll be dispensable since they have 1500 accounts.

The absolute worst pool service in The Valley. If you like algae in your pool and pool sediment dumped onto your pavement You will love these people. They are all too happy to take your money but can care less about the quality of their work. When I complained about the algae in the pool the lady actually said that it is caused by Palm trees in the area, she has an excuse for any situation.. The guy they sent to my house is constantly on his cell phone as he's pretending to work. If you want to maintain your pool and have it look nice, Do not hire these people.. The worst customer service, zero communication. They wasted my time two days in a row. I made an appointment for a service call, no one showed up, I waited over an hour. I called to reschedule for the next day, again I waited around and no one showed up. When I called back to let them know that no one came again they questioned me if I was sure that no one was at my house. I was at home both days waiting for the technician. Would not recommend ever.

Our Pentair control system had stopped communicating with the pool pump. We contacted Roadrunner regarding this and they promptly sent a technician to the house to fix the problem. We always appreciated RoadRunner's prompt and professional service.
