A year ago, Sandals Luxury Pools built my 16’ x 32’ pool with a 7’ x 7’ spa, and I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish. First, I have to give a huge shoutout to Trent. He was amazing to work with throughout the designing process. We are in love with our pool from Sandals! Trent did an incredible job and his team was great to work with from planning to final installation. The finishing touch was the incredible landscaping Trent’s team did to make our backyard a true oasis. We spend every day during the summer outside!

Trent, the owner, originally came out and helped us talk through exactly what we were wanting for our pool at our home. After that, Sam with Sandals took over — and he was exceptional to work with. His communication was constant and clear, and we always knew exactly what was happening. Not once did we feel lost in the process. We had Sam S. Come out and give us options for installing a custom pool that would work well for our family, yard and home. We let him know our budget and he got to work recommending the best size, shape, and features to get the most bang for our money immediately while on site. By the end of the meeting we felt comfortable with the plan and Sam had a proposal emailed over within 12-24 hours. I can’t even say how much we love our new pool! From the first time we met Sam we knew that we wanted Sandals Luxury Pools to do the job. The entire crew was easy to work with and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns along the way. We had a challenging (steep) driveway and back yard to work with and they made it happen! Great product! Well planned and the design fits our house and lot perfectly. Spencer and his team did an outstanding job on the pool decking and tile work. Our kids love the pool (except having to clean it!!) The final product has been perfect for our family! Thank you!
