We recently built a pool with Shasta and had the most amazing experience. I can be very type A about things and I couldn’t have happier with the work and attention to detail. Jennifer was our coordinator for the entire project and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she made my experience. We started our pool at the end of November and it was completed by the week of April 20th. I was impressed they were able to stay on schedule with 4 major holidays in that time frame. Our pool is ready at the perfect time. Shout out to Jacob Priest for the amazing design and the bluest water. You helped bring our little paradise to life. Jen Miller was outstanding to work with. We had high hopes for our $120,000 backyard design and construction project with Shasta Pools. To be fair, the design and sales phase was excellent. The design team was attentive, creative, and responsive — which ultimately is what gave us the confidence to move forward with the project. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, the experience changed significantly. The biggest ongoing issue has been communication and scheduling. No one in a leadership position has followed up with us in any meaningful way. Our assigned construction manager has never introduced himself and does not proact…

Our experience with shasta pools has been amazing. I want to especially give a huge shout out and thank you to Pamela for being so amazing. She has been the voice of everystep of the process, she has called almost everyday to give updates on when the crew would be on-site and make sure it was done in a timely manner. Me and my family appreciate everything Pamela has done to oversee the building of our amazing pool and spa.

This is our 4th pool build in the past 30 years and I must say Shasta has built a beautiful pool for us. After a slow start partly due to the County’s slow approval rate on the plans we finally got the ball rolling when our Project Coordinator Jennifer Miller took over. Jennifer walked us through all the different steps of building the pool everything from digging the hole, steel, electric, plumbing, shot creek, tile, and finial inspection by pushing each job for us. We had a really poor experience with building our pool. We signed August 2, 2025 and were told it would be ready by Thanksgiving. Pool was not finished until end of February 2026. Our initial appointment and design went fine. Until we realized some of what we asked for was not included. We accept our responsibility in not remeasuring the areas our self and not repeating our needs. The dude in charge of our project was rude and would not communicate with us when we had concerns. I had a great experience with Shasta. They communicated well and kept us informed every step of the way. Staff was an absolute pleasure to work with and made you feel like family. Even after construction, Shasta continued to checkin to ensure there were no issues. I highly recommend Shasta.
