Sink or Swim Pools completed a Fabulous remodel to our 23 year old Pool! Resurfacing-and replacing tiles in pool & Hot Tub, They also resurfaced the Cool Crete decking around the pool in less than 2 weeks. We highly recommend them for updating your pool, and staff was always available by phone or in person when we had questions,we are very happy customers! A Big Thank you to all at the company. He listened calmly to all problems addressed, & solved every one- whether thru his boss or with the help of homeowners here. We won’t think twice about calling Sink or Swim pools in the future! ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service. The company constantly changes technicians, and it seems like each new technician has little to no knowledge of my pool or its maintenance history. I have a saltwater pool, and for the past three weeks the technician has arrived without the salt needed for service despite multiple phone calls and reminders. To make matters worse, they rescheduled my regular weekly service because they were short-staffed.
