Starnes installed a,fiberglass pool in 2021. Initially all was well until the following occurred: 1. Bulldose that was installed left legs of concrete running down sides of pool. Was assured it would be cleaned up. Despite numerous requests over a year, nothing happened. 2. Pool pump leaked. Contacted but couldn't get them to come out After a month, his guy supposedly replaced gasket. Two weeks later, leak returned. Called another company who repaired and informed me the gasket had NOT been replaced ( it was factory installed) and the insides were now corroded effectively shortening the…
