We were referred by a friend to Swim Spa Factory and had a great experience ourselves with the 5-person hot tub we purchased from them. From purchase to installation and servicing questions, Natalie and Robert have been very helpful and thoughtful. We chose them instead of other shops in the area because Natalie was very consultative from the start, not pushing for a sale but helping us make the right decisions for our needs. Talk to them if you're considering to buy a hot tub!
We absolutely LOVE our 16’ x 8’ swim/spa from Loki Swim Spa. They assisted us in having it shipped from Florida to the Bahamas. The LED lights are beautiful. The swim jets are a blast. Natalie the owner is awesome. Our guests love it as well. This product and this company get our unqualified recommendation.
I picked up a large size Hot Tub with a lounger! What a great local company. Natalie was very professional and answered all my questions and listened to all of my concerns. Also Robert was on site as well and also was very knowledgeable. My purchase being about 5 yrs old. All still works Great!! Needed some advice on a new Hot Tub Cover, and Natalie steered me in the right direction. Great staff and just a good all around experience!!! Will be seeing them when it is time for an upgrade for sure!! Just want to say , that I was just there last week for the new cover info.
Swim Spa Factory 2 is a great swim spa builder with great pricing. We bought the new 24 foot model in June 2023. The service was great with Randy and the operation manager. Building the spa was quick and it was delivered to me within 3 weeks. I also purchased the Clearwater Water Mineral Pure Copper Ionizer with the pool for an additional price. The model that was sold to me was the Spa R1. The product is great once I got the correct size for my pool. Ryan who is the owner of the copper ion system worked with me for over a month to get the Spa r1 to work, but we found out the model could not …
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new pool spa! From start to finish, the entire experience, from the initial consultation to the final installation was smooth, professional, and surprisingly quick. The team showed up on time, handled everything with care, and had it up and running before we knew it. Big shoutout to the installers—they were efficient, friendly, and made sure everything was perfectly level and secure. They walked us through how everything worked and left the place spotless.
We purchased our swim spa in April 2022 and are so very happy with our purchase. The business treated us like family and even took us on a tour of the facility and showed us the workmanship that goes into each and every swim spa built. I love my swim spa and love the fact I can swim in it all year around💗
