We had a concrete slab added to our pool deck for a pergola to sit on. Pool Builders started on 11/10/25. On this day, NC had a drop in temperatures and was barley in the 40's. As the day went on, it began to snow, they continued smoothing and stayed until 9pm in the freezing temps. The next day, they returned to make sure everything was OK. These guys work hard and provide reasonable pricing. Very happy with the completed job.

David and his team were awesome. We had a deadline and they got it done in time. We had a budget and he did everything he could to transform our pool this year for us. His workers were very polite each day they were here. I thought our pool may have been too far gone but with thier hardwork they proved me wrong. We've been enjoying our new pool each day during this hot summer. I can't wait to recommend these guys to people in need of thier service. I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking. We recently built a new construction, infinity edge pool with David from The Pool Builders of the Carolinas. As with any new construction project, there have been a few hiccups along the way, but David was always quick to respond and handled every issue professionally and efficiently. His dedication and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable, and we absolutely love our dream pool. David has been fantastic to work with, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and talented pool builder.

The end of 2023 we had a inground pool put in by The Pool Builder of The Carolinas. We paid for the pool in installments while the pool was being built per our contract. By the time it was complete the pool was fully paid in cash. We were pleased and was happy with the way things were going and had even referred them to others who were interested in getting a pool. Within less than a year of the pool being installed, we had a leak in the skimmer. These guys are awesome. Had a leaking valve on the filter and they replaced within hours of calling David. Highly recommend for any pool work!
