John was great to work with. He is honest, direct and has a great crew! We will definitely hire again for our next project. We had four masons come out and look at our cement block garage that has been deteriorating for at least a couple decades. I am extremely grateful for John and his crew at Tough Build Masonry for the work they work they performed on my home. I had noticed that a support column on my porch had been leaning and buckling outward. I requested work on my foundation under a porch and general refinishing of some small foundation openings. My foundation is fieldstone and my house is old. We had been getting mice and I wanted it seal up so I requested quotes via Yelp. Some people said the job was too small but we did get a couple of quotes. I choose Tough Build and I have no regrets. They did a professional job for a fair price, less than my other quotes. John fromTough Build was outstanding in every way when we hired him to repair our chimney. The damage proved to be more extensive than I realized, but he and his crew did a great job explaining what more needed to be done with the help of multiple photos documenting the full extent of the problem. (Which couldn't be seen from below) I have every confidence our chimney is in better shape than it's been in years!
