Donna and Ben were very responsive throughout the entire process. As a business owner myself, I enjoyed dealing directly with the business owners. I knew I was going to be taken care of every step of the way. Donna and Ben are very knowledgable about the pool building experience and how you should be treated as a customer.

From concept to completion this was the most positive experience. Donna and Ben basically held our hand through the entire process. They came over for a consultation and immediately made us feel as comfortable as one can be before dropping the kind of money needed for a project like this. With that said, they were way more reasonable than most of these big box builders. We had tons of questions over the course of the build that they were able to answer, VIA TEXT, at just about any time of day! I’m sure we wore out our grace they showed but they were unbelievably accommodating. The finished product has been an absolute dream and transformation. We have spent more time in our backyard in the last couple of weeks than we have in the 3 years living here. I can not recommend enough! You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at the very least have them quote you along with any other company you’re exploring. Before and after photos of our yard are included. We didn’t have much space to work with but they made it work!

We are so pleased with our pool and outdoor kitchen. Donna and Ben were so helpful and professional during the entire process. The most amazing thing that they did for us was to send a crew out to clean our pool that had been damaged in the flood of July 5. We also had to have the heater replaced, and that was done very promptly.

I highly recommend Trinity Pool Construction. The owners Ben and Donna were wonderful to work with. Our pool was in need of a few repairs and they worked quickly to take care of us. Trinity Pool Construction will be my first call for any future pool needs.

Exceptional service from this pool company! They were prompt, professional, and got the repairs done efficiently. What really stood out was their punctuality - they showed up exactly when they said they would, every time. Their communication was top-notch; they kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the issues and the fixes in a way that made sense. Highly recommend for anyone needing a pool or repairs.
