Amazing homes and amazing sales rep Amber. She was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed. There is a nice clubhouse gym n pool. The community has condo s , townhomes, single family homes n paired patio homes. Might potential be our new home.

Tuscany Fischer homes sales associate Faithe and Sergio field manager were helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of buying a home from my son and I they worked great with Victory Mortgage. Great team work!

Never buy a Fischer home. The worst customer service in the business. I work in construction and these homes are built as cheaply as possible. I have also owned a Fischer condo. In 2 years I’ve had electrical issues, plumbing issues and my ac has gone out. None under Warranty.

Nice but pricey homes for this area. Being newly developed by Fischer. It's fairly close to 275 which is nice, and the community seems good so far. I would not live here as it's too far from the basic amenities I expect, but it's nice to visit friends here in the community.

It’s been 6 days since Murry Stanfield Property Manager of Town Property’s was in my back yard taking pictures while I was undressed in my home he they claim it was because I had a sunshade on my patio down but I have had no response from management or the Vice President. I have talked with other members of the community and they have the same concerns. Please stop harassing people that live in this community.
