WOW!!!!! Customer service - Amazing !!!! They really do want their customers to be happy with their products. Being 1st time in ground pool owners, we had questions that were addressed professionally & in a timely manner. We would recommend Valley Pools/ Burnsville in a heart beat. ♥️♥️ Everyone that we spoke to from the front desk personnel, pool installers, Jackie in customer service, Tom who arranges the schedules & John the owner could not have been more pleasant to deal with. I’m a first time Valley Pools & Spas customer. Their team opened our pool in Woodbury, MN today (4/27/26). The team of pool professionals from that opened our pool were professional, knowledgeable & kind. They had our pool ready in less than 30 minutes, explained next steps and provided expert advice. Our experience with this team was stress free and provided our family with optimism that 2026 was going to be a great pool season !!
