Working with Viridian Pools was such a great experience from start to finish. We had several companies come out and quote our backyard pool and patio project, and while Viridian came in around the middle price-wise, the overall interaction we had with them was far better than any of the others. Levi, who led our design work, spent over an hour just standing in our yard with us, really listening and helping us figure out how to bring our vision to life. It was a delight working with Viridian and specifically Sam Snipes, our site manager, throughout the design and construction process. My husband and I are first time pool owners. Team Viridian patiently walked us through the process, taking time to understand our vision and needs and were careful to address them in the planning phase. Our pool and spa are absolutely beautiful and exactly what we expected. Team Viridian continues to service our pool and they do so with expert knowledge, professionalism, and continued patience and kindness as we learn. I wouldn’t trust my pool to anyone else. I had never built a pool before, and I really didn't know what I didn't know. I had an idea of how I wanted it to look, what I wanted to spend, and a couple of the features I was hoping for, but the process was completely new to me. The Viridian team walked me painlessly through, step-by-step, from design and budget to construction and completion. They thought about everything so that I wouldn't have to, and now I have a gorgeous pool that suits my space and my lifestyle perfectly. I wish I had room for more pools, because I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Viridian and give them my highest recommendation. We bought our house in 2018, and there was an existing pool. It has had several problems over the years and we've had trouble getting a company to truly examine and offer durable repairs. This includes several local big name pool builders in the triangle, including the company that built the pool for the previous owners. I am a new pool owner and was having issues with my pool pump. Lucky for me Ricardo answered my call and was able to completely walk me through what the problem was and how to fix it myself over the phone. He was extremely kind and explained everything to where a pool newbie like myself was able to understand. He even took the time to text me over multiple links to help with my pool education.
