We had an amazing experience from start to finish and could not be happier with our new pool. Grayson was incredible to work with during the design process. He helped us create a beautiful pool that fit exactly what we envisioned, and his communication and customer service were outstanding every step of the way. He was always responsive, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and exciting. We also want to recognize Gene for doing a fantastic job managing the pool build. We are very pleased with our Waterscapes Pool and Spa. The design process easy, especially since we had a Neal home. Our goals for pool size and layout were met and it was fun process to see how easy we could customize it to ensure we maximized our space and the spa and sun deck were positioned for the best use. Jordan, our construction manager has been fantastic. During the process we realized we had a few minor changes and he was able to accommodate and get creative on some of the tile work within the pool. I have mixed feelings about my experience with Waterscapes. First, the positives: I’m very happy with the finished pool and outdoor space. The overall look, layout, and functionality turned out great, and we truly enjoy using it. The early construction phase also moved quickly, and initial communication was strong. That said, there were some frustrations along the way. The design phase felt cumbersome. We chose Waterscapes Pools and Spas as they came highly recommended from several neighbors in our community. From our first meeting with our designer Rob, he put us immediately at ease based on his no pressure approach. His goal was to help us build the right pool and spa for our family and it was very enjoyable as he guided us through the design process. Once our design was final, we were introduced to Anthony, our construction manager. I would recommend Waterscapes Pools to anyone considering a pool!! Waterscapes demonstrated excellent craftsmanship and quality. Grayson was so patient while he helped us design our pool. Gene are project manager was great,very organized, addressed all my questions, communicated clearly and always made sure my concerns were addressed promptly. Everyone of the contractors that came and did work for Waterscapes were always friendly, hard working and always paid attention to detail. They definitely all take pride in there work. I cannot speak highly enough about Waterscapes Pool.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We bought a house with an existing Waterscape pool. We had some concerns about some cosmetic issues and had Olivia out to take a look. Long story short this company stands behind its product! Fantastic work and scheduling. Olivia is a gem and knows her stuff.

We built a new home and had Waterscapes design and install our pool. Almost 4 years later and they are still right there helping with anything that comes up. Gene, with Waterscapes, has been great to work with and always willing to help! Thank you Gene and Waterscapes for making our first pool experience a positive one! We love our pool!

We really liked the waterscape people. Rob helped us plan and Olivia was a great supervisor during the project. Overall we are happy with the pool. Our 3 biggest concerns are: 1- The gas connection process was confusing. Since our house was built by Neal with a pool gas connector it seemed to us there could be better communication between Neal the builder and Neal the Waterscape. It was a big expense to have an outside gas company to come and connect it. 2- The damaged sidewalk was avoidable. While we understood damage could occur we never saw any waterscape workers use plywood or cardboard t…
