I would never hire Westbank Pools to build another pool. I am stuck with a major crack and an apparently worthless warranty. The pool started leaking and crack was confirmed and reported to Westbank in September 2025. As of the date of this review, (March 2026), Westbank has failed to honor their warranty with a permanent repair. Despite representations, repair crews never arrive as promised and only excuses blaming third parties are offered for the failure to do so. If you are looking for a quality pool builder willing to stand behind their work, go elsewhere. If you are considering Westbank Pools, beware and think twice. Update - I don't know who wrote the company response below but they should actually talk to their service team and review all communications and messages. I have spent months trying to get a warranty repair on my pool to no avail.

Audra and the Westbank team are A+. They built our new pool and spa which we are very happy with, and their attention to detail/reliability for follow-ups have been extremely positive. Would highly recommend.

Pool school?! Who ever thought you needed to know how to utilize pool equipment when you move into a home you’ve purchased? We found the builders and they agreed to show us all the ins and out of the custom pool they built. How to manage the robot cleaner down to turning on the lights all through an app on the phone. Westbank Pools taught us everything needed to enjoy our new pool. That’s serious customer service. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David, Travis and the Westbank team did an amazing job on our built up deck and pool. It’s been about a year now and we love it.. everything from the design to construction process was well communicated. We are so happy with the final Product as well as continued support after the fact.

We have had our glorious pool from Westbank Pools for a year now… and we couldn’t be more pleased. They have been so easy to work with, and responsive, when the inevitable problem arises (thank you, Texas weather). Armando, Edward, and Audra… all very honorable professionals, whom I cannot recommend more highly.

If you are looking for fast and cheap, Westbank is not the pool company for you. If you are looking for quality and value for the price, I recommend Westbank. From the initial meeting to delivery of the final product, the right expectation was set for time and quality. We built during a time (post Covid) when pools were in high demand. Ours was not a simple build. Westbank raised the pool 10’ to meet the height of the slab for our outdoor living area. They were patient with us as the features we desired evolved during the build. We noticed minor issues along they way, all were addressed before we brought them to their attention. Armando, Travis, Victor, David, and Christian were responsive to our inquiries. They care about the quality of service and pool they deliver. Their dedicated trade base are skilled and provide a quality finish. As to be expected, small issues have happened post delivery. All have been addressed with courtesy and in a timely manner. We love our pool, recommend their services, and would not hesitate to build another pool with Westbank.
