Disappointing experience and will not hire them again. Contractor was pleasant to work with but final product looks rushed and unfinished. Unprofessional and rude exchanges with admin staff when I expressed unhappiness with job completed. Crew made a mess of my living room, sanding without covering furniture or other items in the room. Look elsewhere.

SCAMMER!! - they bid low and collect your deposit, then charges you for change orders on everything even if stated in scope of work they will find excuses on everything. They nickel and dime you and will not continue with work till you pay their change orders which are $500k for construction material, over $100k on asbestos, over $100k on roof. They extorted us and dragged the project from 2 months to 6 months and did nothing other than tearing the house down. Thank you to Stephanie for the best customer service and to Joe Davis, Emerald Coast Home/Commercial Services for the excellent work provided. Joe was great. Punctual, professional, returned calls in a timely manner (sometimes within minutes), completed work as promised, great communication and explained everything. Communication with A Fresh Look was easy and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. Cody scheduled our flooring installation in a timely manner & made it clear how we should prepare before he arrived to begin. He was professional, disciplined in his work, and has a good sense of humor. We're very pleased with our new vinyl flooring.

From the outset, I was impressed. Received an email from Christine shortly after I contacted A Fresh Look. Our first few contacts were via email, even though the phone number was on the email. I finally did call and Christine answered the phone. We got an appointment for Will to come and give us an estimate for installing 2 ceiling fans. We got an estimate from Will and when he came back to install he went straight to work. He was professional and friendly. He encountered a couple of problems but always had another idea.
