Pool Pros built my pool in 2024 and it was a rocky ride due to some weather issues. They handled it much better than I did! I couldn't be happier with my choice to go them and the result! I was looking for simple and they never tried to oversell me or add extra costs. They also open and close my pool seasonally and do a great job.

Great company both with installation and maintenance. They are great communicators given my project was nearly 100% via phone and email at a cottage property away from my primary residence. They have been adaptable and responsive to my questions. I continue to hire them to open and close my pool each season as well with no regrets. I would work with them again if I ever needed another pool installed somewhere.

Do yourself a favor, save yourself some money, and never hire this company. They installed a pool at our home in 2024 (it is currently spring 2026) and we are having issues with the way the automatic cover was installed, which is now causing issues with the tile, and making it fall off. We purchased the home last fall (so we are not the original purchasers of the pool) and when we reached out to them with the issues, we were told that the “warranty” is non transferable. I do understand that, but the pool you installed is less than 2 years old, and is having issues…. If you were confident in …

Such a great experience with Pool Pros! From design to installation to filling and maintenance each year, we couldn't be happier. All we do is add chlorine tables all summer, and the levels are perfect!
