Completely atrocious customer service. Made an appointment for Tuesday, May 12. Left work early to be here for the appointment, as my wife and I were interested in purchasing a pool. Nobody showed up. No call. No show. Wife called back on Wednesday morning, and appointment was made for late afternoon Wednesday. Late afternoon Wednesday, salesperson called my wife seemingly wanting to again reschedule as he was running 40 minutes late.
