I had an excellent experience with American Pool and spa of Ky! Cody was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, taking the time to teach me how to operate my pool and maintain the chemical balance correctly. His expertise made me feel confident in managing my pool’s upkeep. The service was professional, prompt, and thorough. Last summer American Pool and Spa built a start to finish pool for us. Overall, it was a really good experience. We have a pool location that made the job challenging, but they were able to make it happen. There were a few problems that arose throughout the project, but the owner was really great about communicating and was willing to work through them with us. This will be our first full summer in the pool, so we’ll see how it goes, but as of now, we ended up with a beautiful final product, and we would recommend this company. My mother-in-law paid American Pool and Spa on May 17th to come replace her pool pump. Today is June 15th, and they still have not shown up. They have given her the runaround on the phone, telling her someone will be there on a certain day, and no one ever shows up. When she calls, they either don't answer the phone or they are rude to her. If she leaves a message, no one calls her back. Apparently, they are "too busy" with big jobs to pay any attention to a smaller job, one that has ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. Wish I could give Justin and his guys 100 stars! After dealing with a nightmare from a previous pool contractor on a pool that’s only two years old. I had yet another leak and was getting the run around from leak companies on getting it repaired and was in a time crunch as my house is up for sale. Justin and his guys came out right away, they stay in communication and kept me up to date on what was going on. They fixed the issue in a timely matter and the price was fair. I can’t thank them enough!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Wonderful experience! Shawn was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He was able to get my hot tub repaired and explained the next steps to keep it running smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this business!
