We’re very far off the road, so we’ve always had to fill our pool with a hose because trucks can’t make it down our driveway. Our well water can also come out dirty, so we were thrilled when Aqua-Duck said they could run hose through the woods to reach us. The water was crystal clear, and Bill was amazing to work with!

Absolutely the best customer service I have seen in a long time! The driver / operator was the nicest person you could meet. He was on time but my spa installer was late and not ready, the driver said OK I'll go eat lunch and be back, he wouldn't even let us help roll up his hoses. The price was more than reasonable. You give these guys enough notice and they will accommodate!

I reached out to Aqua Duck Water Transport for an urgent water delivery to my construction site. I called the number listed on their website and was initially quoted $450 for the service. Given the emergency and the need to have water delivered by 9 a.m. the next day, I agreed to proceed at a revised price of $360. Unfortunately, after that, I was unable to reach anyone. I called several times, left voicemails, and sent text messages beginning as early as 4 a.m. on the morning of the scheduled delivery, but I received no response. We use Aqueduct for all of our swimming pools when we start them up And Bil the owner always shows up on time and always a great price very accommodating even to the point where he Had to wait for the Plaster to cure and he never complained. This company is awesome.

I can't say enough great things about Bill at Aqua-Duck! From the very beginning, he was incredibly accommodating. I reached out on Monday to schedule a pool fill, but I needed it later in the day, and Bill happily worked around my schedule. Then, through absolutely no fault of his own, his truck broke down on our road yesterday. We told him not to worry—we were flexible and understood that these things happen.
