When you decide to build a pool and everyone recommends B&B Pools, you're anticipating a good experience but they exceeded that with our build. The pre-meetings addressed all the potential issues so there weren't any issues once they got started. The estimate was accurate and the only changes were ones that I requested for the length of the drainage lines. I am so amazed by the quality of the workmanship, and the quality of the amazing people that work with B&B Pools. All of the men doing the construction were professional and efficient. The people that work in the store and doing the scheduling, are top notch. I received a new 20 x 40 vinyl liner pool and from the construction to the finished product - I could not be happier or more satisfied! Do not hesitate to use B&B Pools for any of your pool needs.

This review has been a long time coming. We had our pool project done in 2023. During the install I had open heart surgery and just missed out on doing a well deserved review. I cannot explain enough how wonderful our experience was getting our pool projected complex by Jerry and his team. We ran into sone very unique challenges with our project and Jerry explained each concern and ways to correct with a caring its going to be ok approach. Great customer service. We needed help picking out a new pool liner so we stopped in to check them out in person. Josh seemed happy to assist (despite it being the last hour before close) and had a wealth of helpful insight to offer. He was very patient with our many questions and made sure we saw pictures of the liners we were interested in after installation so we could get a better idea of what the final result would look like. We were able to narrow it down to two options and look forward to having them install it once we make a decision.

I have had my dream pool for a year now, and I am so happy I had Jerry and his team to put it in for me. They still give me the very best in customer service. If you are considering putting in a pool look no feather that B&B Pools!
