This has been a very pleasurable experience, from start to finish! This team that I worked with in Easley, was topnotch! From Martha in the store that started this journey with us and made it Very Simple! To buy a high quality amazing pool! Then John can out to my property and showed me the whole layout, very knowledgeable of all things pool! Then he delivered our exact expectations! Then the slightest bit of some I was unsure about after install. John took no chances and sent Alex out to the rescue! Same day! And Alex was also a wizard of pools! lol, I love these guys and gals! This team is absolutely incredible, since we started this process they have been nothing but amazing making this install stress free. You couldn't ask for better customer service. You guys rock ! My pool is beyond beautiful!!!

Best service! Had my new liner installed today, everyone went the extra mile to make sure it was installed perfectly. All were so knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Wanted to charge me $25 to test my water because they said we didn't buy our chemicals from there. which in fact we did but the best part was I asked for the water back and she dumped it out right in front of me after I asked for it..WOW

Once the weather allowed, we got our 21 footer! The installation crew was professional and very mindful of our property. We have had such a good time in our new pool! Special thanks to the ladies in the store, too! All around great people!!
