Mike and his team are top notch. I met with Mike to discuss options for an inground pool in February. I told him that I wanted to be able to swim on May 1st. He assured me that was possible He explained the process and told me what to expect each step of the way. Everything went perfect. I had rebuilt my pool pump, and it was good for 24 hours but unfortunately developed a leak. Pro pool guys were on the scene in 48 hours and quickly diagnosed an incorrect seal was supplied with my pump kit. they sourced the correct seal , replaced faulty seal - everything back together 2 hours, all good no leaks. Their techs were very friendly professional - no complaints !

I was impressed with the owner and his product knowledge, and even the care and attention that would be given even after the purchase. Although we are not able at this time to buy a pool at this time, I felt that if there was a company to buy from, this would be the place. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, or a price he didn't know of every detail. He would even drive to our house and tell us where would be a good spot to place the pool.
