We began the pool process with our HOA in Fall 2025 so that we could make way for a pool for the entire summer! After visiting neighbors who were happy with Elite Pools in Greenville, that’s who we went with. Michael, Nathan, and Fernando at Elite have all been fabulous. Just finishing our pool in New Bern and couldn’t be happier. From the initial inquiry to the planning stage to completion, they were incredibly informative and patient with us. Jacob walked us through choosing finishes in the showroom and gave us real choices and options. I really appreciated the truly transparent pricing (absolutely no surprises). Nathan was amazing, giving us the full play by play at each step of the install and finish. The Elite team is knowledgeable and professional. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

From the start, Nathan (my main contact) was available to answer all my questions-even the ridiculous ones. He, along with office employees like Jacob and Thomas, were always polite and incredibly helpful whenever I called. The entire construction team, including Rob and Austin, were always polite, very knowledgeable, and ready to answer any of my concerns. Elite just installed our pool at our new house and we love it! They actually installed the pool at our previous house and there were no doubts about who we’d use again. Just like before, the entire process was easy and went smoothly. Jacob was extremely helpful in the design process, Nathan and the build crew were awesome and Fernando did the final cleaning and “pool school” and made sure we knew everything about all the equipment. The proposal for the pool was very well written with all equipment included in the purchase and a timeline to do the build. We highly recommend Elite, Nate, and his team!
