I had my pool resurfaced and reshaped, and the team did a fantastic job. They also put in new pavers around my pool area, which turned out well and still look nice. I can definitely tell that pools are their main focus, and it shows in the quality of their work. The weekly pool cleaning service has been great, and my pool always looks sparkling clean—perfect for the hot Texas weather. The service is a bit more expensive than some others, but the results are worth it. You really get what you pay for. When I needed a repair, Joseph was straightforward and honest about what was needed, which I really appreciated. The office staff, especially Janet and the others, have always been quick to respond and super helpful whenever I’ve called or had questions. Overall, this is a reliable company that knows pools inside and out. I trust them to keep my pool in top shape, and if I ever need another pool resurfaced, I’ll be reaching out to them again!

The team was friendly and easy to communicate with. Joseph and Darrell did a fantastic job. Even though the pool cleaning and maintenance took a little longer than expected, the results were excellent. All the different crews, including those handling pool equipment, cleaning, and repairs, were very professional while working at our home in Austin. The whole experience was great, and my pool has never looked better.

i can't say enough good things about barton creek pool service! i started using them recently for weekly pool maintenance here in austin because their prices were really reasonable. every week, the technician is always friendly and does a great job checking everything. joseph noticed my chlorine feeder was leaking, so he let the office know. they came out the next day, replaced the hose, and found a few more small leaks in the pipes. they explained that i really needed a new feeder. i paid for the hose and told them i'd have to wait on the feeder since my budget is tight. after my call, they actually reached out and said they would install a new feeder at no cost. they understood my situation and wanted to make sure my pool was safe and working right—how often do you hear that from any company? if you need pool maintenance or repair, give them a call—it's totally worth it!
