I was worried when my previous supplier told me that he was going out of business but, with BEST POOL SERVICES ‘s Professionals Human Team my concerns was totally in vain. Immediately after their first service and successively with each and every one response of the following requirements of my pool and its facilities during these last already six months of their Service. BPS’s service, professionalism and response to requirements have been excellent. I’m so grateful to count with BPS’Team.

Fantastic service! You receive text notifications before their arrival. They are always on time. Very knowledgeable and skilled staff. Family owned and operated. You receive an electronic report after each service and all billing and payment is done electronically. They will also help coordinate other pool projects and upgrades for you. We have been extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

I would suggest that you stay away from this pool cleaning company. They were recently acquired by Robles Pool DBA Big Blu Pool Care and they are a joke. For about 6 months they were cleaning my pool only for me to find out that they did not clean the pool filter monthly like they were supposed to. As you can imagine, I needed a new pool filter earlier than expected. To their credit, they offered to install a new pool filter at no cost to me. This company is one you can trust to actually do the work! They show up on time, clean the tiles, skim, vacuum, clean your filter and adjust the chemicals. Our pool has been in the best condition since these guys have taken over the care

Best Pools really is the best! My pool started to turn green, I called and spoke to the owner, who by the way was very informative and friendly, he had someone out the next day. My pool has never looked so blue. Thank you Christian and Nany for a great job.
