Installed new liner about two years ago. Had to come back a few days later, cause it was falling down. It started falling down again last year, in a few places. This year called again because it is falling down. It has to be repaired. Talked to someone, but never heard back. Would not recommend this place.

I contacted Classic Pool Service Early in January via email concerned about my failing pool cover that I had done myself in the fall. Someone called me, explained the kind of pool covers. They could replace it with, explained that the next week we would have a few days of 50 and 60° weather, told me they could come to my home either Wednesday or Thursday of that week. They said they would call me back on Monday or Tuesday and let me know which day works better. Highly recommend Classic Pools. As a new pool owner, I had no clue on how to maintain and set up equipment. Wayne and his staff have helped me with all the needs I have as a new pool owner. Highly recommended A++

Stay far away from this company. This is the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. They are very quick to take on new projects but refuse complete work. They promise to fix things but never will. Jackie and Wayne with his “30 years of experience” are very dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves. It took me 30 min to learn more than the pool technicians they send who know the chemistry of the pool without ever testing the water. For example, I have a salt water pool. Wayne and his crew have been maintaining my pool for around 5 seasons now. They open and close the pool each year. They have also replaced my liner, winter cover and controller. The pool is now fully automated with an app on my phone and is also salt water. They provide quality products at fair prices. When I have issues, they resolve them quickly for me. They are top notch.

This company is extremely poor and communication and follow through. Never on time for appointments or communicating delays. Mark the actual service tech is good.

Put a liner in for us about 5 years ago. Took out my hydrostatic valve and drilled holes in my concrete pool . Water came in under the liner and made the liner fail . Would not have had a problem if he had not drilled holes in the bottom of the pool.
