We are in Stevensville, MI Steve his wife Char and their family and crew are great people who got us up and running with a new liner and pump and lights. Steve is responsive via text. (Within minutes) he will respond. And he is usually out the same day or the following day after requesting service of any kind. His wife Char and her crew do weekly pool maintenance/cleaning and are great to work with as well! Very professional respectful crew and company. I would highly recommend!

Steven was great to work with! They were professional, communicated well throughout the entire project, The crew was respectful, kept the job site clean, Was blessed to have beautiful weather. Project was completed on schedule! Highly recommend

Steve did a great job installing a fiberglass pool in a small backyard. The finished pool is beautiful. In addition to the pool they installed all the concrete, an automatic pool cover and we used them to install all new Anderson windows in the home (they do construction work in the winter months to keep busy). I highly recommend Complete Pools. They do nice work and are easy to work with.

We had an above ground pool liner replaced. We found glass and screws inside the pool after they were done and it was filling up. There are wrinkles everywhere and the floor is not flat by any means with big hills and super low spots. The pool wasn't put back together properly. There was also sand everywhere inside. We haven't been able to vacuum it properly (because of all the hills and valleys) , so it's been green almost since it was installed. It was a sad summer not being able to use our pool. 3 years later.... Because of all the wrinkles and deep valleys we cannot get this pool clean!!! …

Steve does not respond or answer phone calls after a job is complete. The bottom of our pool feels like their are rocks at the bottom because it was not smoothed out. I have sent countless messages with no response. He promised to bring a roller back to correct it and has not. I want to be reasonable and not give a one star but I’m not happy with the service after our pool has been installed. Additionally, some of the other comments say his communication is lacking. Our heater in our pool does not work either and we have not been able to get any communication in regards to that.
