Del Prado Pool and Spa has been outstanding in planning, design and delivery of our Soake Pool. They guided us through the options and gave us pricing and a timeline that held all the way through the project. After delivery they helped us set up both hardware and software and their support when needed has been unconditional. The few times we talked to Soake themselves during the design phase, they were incredibly responsive and helpful as well. The pool has been used frequently through the winter here in Michigan and we are looking forward to a first summer with a Soake!

Tim and Del Prado pools did a fantastic job installing our Soake pool. We had a tight timeline and some extraneous circumstances and they worked overtime to get the project done on time and on budget. Highly recommend!
