Earlier this summer we had a nightmare of an experience with a different pool company. Pools Plus Inc saved us!! Despite being in the midst of a crazy busy summer schedule they squeezed us in. From the very beginning Adam was extremely helpful in providing info - giving options & advice - and came out the very next day to measure for our inground pool vinyl liner. Bob in the Jenison store made it easy for us to open and maintain our pool as first time home and pool owners. Marcus and his team took care of closing our pool and Marcus was fantastic to work with. You can trust him to get the job done right for sure and your pool is good hands!

Moved in to a house with an in-ground pool and had pools plus open it for me. The 2 guys that came out were very helpful and knowledgeable, teaching me how to maintain the pool myself in the future. It took a few tries to get in contact the service department to schedule them to come out, but once I did get to them they were helpful and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything they could to get me on the schedule and taken care of quickly

Tristan helped me out a lot today in the Jenison store. I went into the store to buy liquid chlorine and he educated me on how granular shock would work best for my pool. I truly appreciated his help and the time he took educating me! Thanks so much Tristan.

I had a problem with pink algae with the help from Tristin to guide me through the process to get rid of it I hope that it works quickly. Highly recommend this store
